Kul has been amazing with our property. He helped us from the beginning with getting the property ready to high standards and finding the right tenant. Kul is a one-off. We came across him when he helped us after our self-managed apartment was severely damaged by a long-term leak. His advice at that time was free but we saved a great deal of money by targeting the extensive repairs using his suggestions. When the tenant departed a few months later, it was the obvious course of action to switch to his management services. After being massively let down by bigger agents who just tried to make money out of us throughout for an extremely poor service, Kul has been the opposite. He is unbelievably thorough and hard-working, and he found suitable new tenants in a matter of days, compared to previous agents taking 3 months. Apart from ongoing cladding issues at The Wharf, we can finally start to relax.
